Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients and outside counsel to understand their unique eDiscovery requirements, legal obligations, and business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to align technology and processes with client goals, both short and long term.
- Lead project teams, including eDiscovery project managers, analysts, and technicians.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions through project managers and technical project managers.
- Coordinate and monitor document review activities, including technology-assisted review (TAR) when applicable.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- Eight or more years of experience directly providing eDiscovery consulting to corporate customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Working knowledge of litigation lifecycle, EDRM, litigation document review, and workflows.
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to individuals with varying degrees of technological skills.
