We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at ORIGINAL T'S. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, ensuring a high level of culinary expertise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen setting.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment, urban area.
