We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team at ORIGINAL T'S. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Order and manage supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Organize and manage buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
