We are seeking a skilled Building Operator to join our team at Edon Management in Red Deer. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of multiple sites across our contract.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing daily maintenance and repairs to maintain buildings in top condition, monitoring and operating steam and hot water heating equipment, and troubleshooting and optimizing HVAC systems using BMCS. You will also be responsible for conducting water treatment testing, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing preventative maintenance programs. Additionally, you will perform regular building inspections, respond to tenant service requests, and maintain accurate site logbooks and records.
