This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in maintenance planning, scheduling, and project management to drive operational excellence in complex industrial environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee mechanical and E&I planners to ensure accurate maintenance scopes of work, resource allocation, and scheduling optimization.
  • Collaborate with execution, planning, reliability, and other stakeholders to validate work readiness and identify potential risks.
  • Develop safe work plans to mitigate risks and maintain a robust job plan library for all types of work.
  • Consult repair history to inform decisions on work scopes and identify potential repeat issues.
  • Support implementation of reliability asset strategies and provide feedback to schedulers on baseline maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Degree with a minimum of 5 years in a related maintenance-based trade or extended experience in Petro-Chemical facilities.
  • 10-15+ years' experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Facilities installations and maintenance work practices.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret terminology found in blueprints.
  • Maintenance and/or plant facility experience.
  • Advanced SAP and MS Projects.
  • Seasoned knowledge in hazard analysis and risk assessment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
