Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Regent St. Fredericton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve high-quality food to our customers.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality and customer service.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work effectively in this setting and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
