About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our Service Innovation team at the University of Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping users understand and adopt evolving processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess learning and training needs of users through engagement sessions to support the implementation and sustained adoption of Shared Services process improvements and projects.
  • Develop and deliver training to various audiences through a variety of formats.
  • Design and maintain training materials, such as user manuals and online modules.
  • Work with team members to apply change practices and promote enduring change.
  • Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or certification in Change Management.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Change Management.
  • 1-3 years of leading major change initiatives with proven results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in French.
  • Post-secondary experience in organizational change management, human resources, and large enterprise systems.
