About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to join our Learning and Organizational Development division. As a key member of our transformation team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational change vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support our transformation journey.
  • Lead and develop a small centralized OCM team to create and implement high-impact change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish an organizational change strategy aligned with our vision and strategic priorities.
  • Provide thought leadership and change management guidance to ensure organizational readiness and execution of transformational change.
  • Assess and diagnose organizational change readiness, impacts, and stakeholder assessments to define appropriate change actions.
  • Drive organizational change through effective communication, training, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and report regularly on organizational change efforts and progress.
  • Guide and develop the OCM team on managing and executing change strategies, including detailed OCM work plans and hyper-care strategies.
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary training or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively related experience developing and executing change strategies.
  • Prior leadership experience in supporting and developing teams is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Prosci methodology.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships while influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal.
