Job Title: Organizational Change Management Manager

Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Manager to join our Learning and Organizational Development division. As a key member of our transformation team, you will be responsible for creating an organizational change vision that aligns with our strategic priorities and drives sustained transformational change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change strategies that enable organizational readiness and execution
  • Partner with senior leadership to establish an organizational change strategy and provide thought leadership on change management best practices
  • Lead and develop a small centralized OCM team to create and implement high-impact change management strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor and report on organizational change efforts and progress
Requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary training or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years of progressively related experience developing and executing change strategies
  • Prior leadership experience in supporting and developing team is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Prosci
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
