About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough change impact analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective change management plans, leveraging your expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Prepare and deliver training programs to support organizational change and the introduction of new non-IT technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure success metrics and change progress.
  • Develop and implement effective change plans, including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans.
  • Lead change management and communication planning efforts, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
  • Utilize your expertise in communications management, reporting, and change management to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
  • PROSCI or CCMP certification
  • Direct experience in change facilitation
  • Experience defining and measuring success metrics and change progress
