We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at JJORTATION INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to relevant parties.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring that all problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
