Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.

Communication and Reception

Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and greet visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.

Administrative Tasks

Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records and files.

Supply Management

Order and manage office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
