About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Domain Consultant Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks, Inc. As a key member of our Domain Consultant team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to our customers in their security operations transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a team of Domain Consultants to provide technical guidance and support to customers.
  • Work closely with Systems Engineering Managers and District Sales Managers to build relationships with customers and provide technical expertise to help them detect and prevent advanced cyberattacks and breaches.
  • Provide feedback to the product management team on new feature requests and product improvements based on customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Domain Consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality technical support to customers.
  • Lead the development of technical validation plans, including proof of value test plans and customer readiness/requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to solidify reference accounts and assist account teams in defining plans to drive more business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging changes in the security landscape, and share knowledge with the team to inform sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex technical projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions and security operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English.
