Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Director– Occupational Therapy Services to lead our occupational therapy services across the country. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize clinic operations and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead a team of occupational therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional leadership teams to drive growth and expansion of occupational therapy services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to provincial leaders, regional directors, and clinic directors to ensure the success of our occupational therapy services.
- 7+ years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- Management experience at a Senior Manager level.
- Past experience managing operations across multiple locations and multi-site teams.
- Business Development experience is a strong asset.
- Previous experience managing rehabilitation clinics is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
