We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated leader to join our team as the Director of Urban Mobility Solutions. As a key member of our Transit, Bikes and Scooters (TBS) group, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our urban mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of the urban mobility solutions strategy, focusing on engineering and SaaS-based business models.
- Manage the financial performance of the urban mobility solutions business, including revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, customer success, and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operators and city governments.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including international expansion.
- 12+ years of experience in sales, government contracting, consulting, finance, operations, and/or customer success.
- Proven track record of driving financial growth and customer success in a sales or business development role.
- Experience in micromobility or public transportation is a plus, but not required.
- Strong contractual negotiation and policy development skills, with the ability to lead a RFP process from start to finish.
- International experience is ideal.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Ability to create a consensus among cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
