Landscaping Team Lead

At GP LANDSCAPING, we are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Hiring, supervising, and scheduling staff
- Planning and directing grounds maintenance
- Planning and estimating labour and materials
- Organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
- Planning, managing, and supervising landscape construction work
- Maintaining work records and logs
- Tendering and administering contracts
- Reading blueprints and drawings
- Repairing and maintaining equipment
- Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Establishing work schedules and procedures
