- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children with exceptional care and attention to detail.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development skills.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home by identifying potential hazards and taking proactive steps to mitigate risks.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting physical and emotional well-being.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of each child.
- Transport children to and from school, appointments, and other scheduled events in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diploma or equivalent experience in early childhood education or a related field.
- Minimum 1-6 months of experience working with children, preferably in a home-based setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
