This role is based in the Ottawa office and offers a unique opportunity to work with clients and partners to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Partner with Client Executives to support client service efforts and drive cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze client exposure loss experience and current coverage to determine product/service requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality service plans to ensure accuracy and timeliness of binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
- Manage timely billing and collection for each client.
- Develop working relationships with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities.
- Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients.
- 3+ years of experience working with commercial insurance from a consulting space.
- RIBO license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Technical background or experience working in the technology industry.
- Client services experience.
