Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Downtown Hyundai.

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, explain the type and cost of services offered, and provide information on available services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics, including customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: English.
