Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Downtown Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Explain service options and costs in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest service technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of service management software.
