Fitness Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Consultant to join our team at Free Bird Health Club Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of professional staff, program leaders, and instructors to deliver high-quality fitness programs and services.
- Develop and implement research-based fitness programs, educational materials, and articles to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate special events, workshops, and seminars to engage members and promote our services.
- Provide expert advice and consulting services to design, develop, and administer sports, fitness, and recreation programs and activities.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of fitness programming and services.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
