Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JCH COFFEE CORPORATION.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
