Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team at AEE INDUSTRIES.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing general ledgers, journal entries, and managing accounts receivable and payable. They will also be responsible for opening and closing books for auditors, preparing bank reconciliations, and reviewing financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare general ledger and journal entries
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Open and close books for auditors
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Review financial transactions
  • Prepare payroll and invoices
  • Collect payments from debtors
  • Assess fixed assets and depreciation
  • Perform financial calculations
  • Prepare income tax and financial statements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
