Job Summary

The Financial Accountant Assistant will play a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate Fixed Assets and Depreciation: Ensure that all fixed assets are accurately valued and depreciated according to company policies.
  • Keep Financial Records: Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Establish and Balance Accounts: Use manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to establish and balance various accounts, ensuring timely and accurate postings.
  • Maintain General Ledgers and Financial Statements: Prepare and maintain accurate general ledgers and financial statements, providing essential insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Post Journal Entries: Accurately post journal entries to ensure that financial records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare Statistical, Financial, and Accounting Reports: Generate detailed reports on financial performance, highlighting trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies or errors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English fluency.
  • Location: On-site work required, with no remote work options available.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
