Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Record Administrator to join our team at DREAM FEATHERS 4U IMMIGRATION INC.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role

This is a salaried position that requires the incumbent to work on-site at our physical location. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial record-keeping and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
