Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to join our team at Jonluca Neal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Coach and develop people-managers to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit interview trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage HR reporting, including maintaining accurate files and records in our HRIS.
  • Source and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner.
  • Experience working in a warehouse and/or distribution center and/or in logistics setting is a strong asset.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources Management or comparable is required.
  • CHRP or CHRL designation (or working toward) is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Superior English-language communications skills, both written and oral.
  • A strong and engaging collaborator with a focus on building and maintaining a positive organizational culture.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable.
