Job Title: Data Hr Director H/F

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data HR Director to join our team at 1359238 Ontario INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with vendors and partners
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR metrics and trends
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related matters
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to resolve HR-related issues
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • More than 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and information to inform business decisions
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility, judgment, and organizational skills
  • Team player with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
