  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate compensation and benefits.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and external partners.
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR metrics and trends.
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to resolve issues and improve HR processes.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful implementation.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery.
Requirements:
  • More than 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills to make informed decisions that impact the business.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks and projects to ensure successful implementation.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to working with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
