Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations and Administration: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Hire food service staff and ensure they have the necessary training and support to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
