Subway is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an individual who can lead by example, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best.
  • You will oversee restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, food quality control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • As a critical partner in our sales strategy, you will work closely with our marketing and culinary teams to develop and execute plans that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • You will also be responsible for coaching and developing our restaurant managers, providing guidance on performance improvement and succession planning.
  • With your strong analytical skills, you will analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to optimize restaurant performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
