Sales Representative

At Dr phone Fix - Spruce Grove, we're looking for a detail-oriented sales floor associate to join our team. As a sales floor associate, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating our inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, and performing data entry tasks.
Key Tasks- Provide customer service and advice on merchandise, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Operate computerized systems to maintain inventory levels and re-order stock as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks to update sales records and maintain accurate inventory data.
- Assist with displaying merchandise and conducting sales transactions through our e-commerce platform.
- Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide recommendations on merchandise or services.
As a sales floor associate, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You'll need to be able to stand for extended periods, bend, and crouch to assist customers and move merchandise. Your ability to distinguish between colors and maintain a high level of energy will be essential in this role.
