About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and up-selling to clients on all lines of business sold, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.
- Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
- Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long term sustainable growth.
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
- Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses.
