Job Description

Dr phone Fix - Spruce Grove is seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice about merchandise and assist customers in finding the right products.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and provide data entry support.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, repetitive tasks, ability to distinguish between colours, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Collaborative, energetic, quick learner, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, excellent oral communication, client focus.

Dr phone Fix - Spruce Grove is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
