Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, Mental Health, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress

• Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies

• Developing and maintaining relationships with community-based organizations and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reporting any changes or concerns to the clinical team

• Participating in professional development activities to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge
