Mill Creek Health is a busy family medicine clinic in Cambridge, ON looking for a full-time RPN to join our dynamic and friendly team in providing exceptional patient care. This position offers regular full-time weekday hours Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with flexible scheduling available for vacations, time off, etc. A competitive salary is offered starting at $25.00/hour, with annual bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

Duties & responsibilities will include:

- Patient triage, obtaining vital signs, exam room prep
- Basic procedures such as suture removal, wound care, dressing changes, urine dips, ear syringing, etc.
- Vaccine & injection administration
- Assist Physicians and Nurse Practitioners as necessary
- Utilize appropriate medical documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality in all patient-related interactions

Work experience & qualifications required:

- Minimum 2 years RPN experience
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
- Demonstrates competence within the RPN full scope of practice
- Experience with the use of electronic medical records (Telus PS Suite EMR experience preferred)
- Experience in family practice, primary care, or urgent care setting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Up to date CPR and Police Vulnerable Sector Check

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
