Tri-City Foot and Orthotics Clinic is the newest location that is part of Canada's largest Chiropody clinics. Amongst our 4 locations we have 7 Chiropodists, 1 Podiatrist, 2 Foot Care Nurses, 2 Pedorthists, and a growing team of assistants who all work together to provide the highest level of care for all patients.

Chiropodists, also known as Foot Specialists, are medical professionals who focus primarily on the foot and ankle. They assess a number of issues that include, but are not limited to:

**Clinic Manager**

**Position Overview**:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall management of the clinic and the delivery of quality care to all patients. The Clinic Manager will manage the staff, schedule, and operations of the clinic. The Clinic Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high patient satisfaction ratings, as well as ensuring that all patients receive an exceptional experience during their visit.

**Responsibilites**:

- Communicate and portray the organization's goals, vision, and mission to ensure highest level of care.
- Work closely with the Owner, Operations Manager, HR Manager, and Regional Manager to develop and monitor clinic efficiency.
- Attend, schedule, and facilitate clinic staff meetings, as well as Senior Management meetings.
- Assist the HR Manager with recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and tracking of vacation time, leaves, personal time, and time punches.
- Oversee the patient experience and ensure a friendly atmosphere for all patients, guests, and staff.
- Oversee office interactions and respond to inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and feedback.
- Ensure all clinic staff are sufficiently trained in and supervised on resources, policies, procedures, documentation, and best practices set by the company.
- Ensure clinic flow is running appropriately, and efficiently.
- Conduct and reconcile end-of-day and weekly billing reports, including a weekly deposit.
- Keep track of clinic inventory and review and submit all medical, office, and patient device orders.
- Provide direct back of house support including, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, performing therapeutic modalities (Shockwave, Ultrasound, Laser), sterilizing instruments, and assisting practitioners with treatments and surgeries.
- Work alongside company accountants to ensure all clinic accounting is completed monthly using programs like Quickbooks and Dext.
- Lead and schedule regular touchbases with clinic staff to improve quality of patient care, team relations, and business results.
- Scheduling staff and practitioners for efficient daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a health-related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in medical office management or equivalent work environment
- Experience in providing patient care and customer service in a medical setting
- Experience managing a schedule of at least 5-10 employees
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Jane, Dext, and Quickbooks an asset.
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient confidentiality and privacy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when speaking with patients and staff.
