Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our construction cost planning team, you will play a critical role in providing expert cost estimating services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored cost estimating solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, including design efficiency analysis, trade and elemental take-off, and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to prepare proposals and reports, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction, or Civil Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in estimating/quantity surveying, with a strong understanding of construction estimates, contracting, procurement, and scheduling.
- Skills: Proficient in Sharepoint and MS Office, including Project, with hands-on experience in CostX.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a results-oriented focus and ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
