About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant Coordinator to join our team at PARADISE FREIGHT SYSTEM. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas of improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate records and effective communication.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain a high level of organization to minimize downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient access to information and minimize paperwork.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail and precision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Windows operating system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Benefits:
