About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires 35 to 44 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration and possess excellent written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

The High-Level Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also train other workers, determine office procedures, and schedule appointments. Additionally, they will answer phone calls, relay messages, and compile data.
