About the Role

The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance services. This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, inventory management, and process analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Perform process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the branch financial manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the branch team in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring parts are available when needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements

The associate will be required to stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg.
