Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers, fostering loyalty and driving sales.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver personalized and unique shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized, showcasing our products in the best light.
  • Foster Inclusive Culture: Treat customers and colleagues with respect, promoting a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Embracing Technology: Comfortable with new technology and change, ensuring high accuracy in daily tasks.
  • Self-Accountability: Take ownership of sales results, utilizing selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate ability to multi-task, responding flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
