Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for the CANDU product portfolio.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
- Collaborate with product management and account management teams to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the CANDU market, including customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide sales and business development support to the VP Sales for the Americas region and the VP Operating Plant Services, Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong background in the CANDU industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the CANDU market and customer needs.
