About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our CANDU business growth initiatives in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for the CANDU product portfolio.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with CANDU utilities and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong background in the nuclear energy industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, expanding customer bases, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
