About the Role

Riverside Natural Foods is seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team as a SAP Source-to-Pay Specialist. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our SAP Source-to-Pay system, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Business Process Owners to design and implement SAP Source-to-Pay solutions that meet our business requirements.
  • Analyze business requirements and document accurate understanding of client needs, mapping to SAP business processes.
  • Develop and implement SAP Source-to-Pay configurations, including MM, WM, and Ariba/Business Network modules.
  • Provide deep SAP functional and technical expertise in the Source-to-Pay area, including payment runs, accounts payable, tax integration, and vendor management.
  • Design and develop test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements, and collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ensure technical design and delivery align with functional specifications and adhere to quality standards.
  • Document requirements, develop business process maps, and create project plans and training materials.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of SAP S/4 HANA Source-to-Pay configuration experience.
  • Expertise in SAP MM, WM, and Ariba/Business Network modules.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori configuration and SAP Analytic Cloud.
  • SAP certification(s) are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP solutions covering payment runs, accounts payable, tax integration, and vendor management.
