Senior Disability Manager

At Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Disability Manager to join our team. As a Senior Disability Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective services
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or special education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare or social services setting
  • Strong knowledge of autism and developmental disabilities, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
