Senior Disability Manager

At Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for individuals with autism and their families. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Disability Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Disability Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, ensuring that our programs are effective and efficient, and providing leadership and guidance to our team members. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure that our services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical team.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
  • 2-3 years of management/supervision experience.
