Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to oversee our autism services in Waterloo, IA. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of our team members.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, and be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They will also have 2-3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages, and 2-3 years of management/supervision experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing general building needs
  • Client progress and coordination of outside visitations/assessments
