Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our clinical team, ensuring the effective delivery of autism services.
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that services are tailored to meet their unique needs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor Program Managers and Junior Program Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our team members.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, caregivers, and community partners.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in autism treatment and share knowledge with the team to ensure continuous improvement.
- Education: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in ABA, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
