Real Estate Marketing and Sales Director

Woodlock Developments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the success of our real estate projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales & Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all project promotion and sales aspects, from initial concept to post-delivery. This includes:
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for individual projects, including digital marketing, print, and social media campaigns.
- Liaising with marketing agencies to ensure projects meet our needs and timelines are met.
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness and attract potential buyers.
- Managing website content and ensuring it is up-to-date with accurate information and visually appealing.
- Coordinating the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, signage, sales center displays).
- Tracking marketing budgets and ensuring they align with project goals.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing corporate marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. This includes:
- Managing corporate brand standards and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Overseeing internal and external communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
- Analyzing marketing performance metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets. This includes:
- Tracking sales performance and providing regular reports to the CEO.
- Negotiating contracts and managing incentive programs.
- Managing sales software and databases.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within real estate or property development.
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing marketing budgets.
- A proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, WordPress, Canva, CRM systems).
- Proficiency in sales software (Lasso, Avesdo).
