Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Shorelines Casino Belleville. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our front of house Food and Beverage operations at a multi-venue location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the F&B operations on a shift basis, including scheduling and supervising employees, verifying time and attendance, and ensuring appropriate coverage while minimizing operating costs
  • Complete shift reports for management and track quality and guest issues
  • Assess guest alcohol consumption and deliver messages to guests as necessary
  • Order supplies as required and participate in monthly inventory counts
  • Offer F&B expertise to internal and external customers
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with all operational departments and employees
  • Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including guests, management, employees, and vendors
  • Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, motivate, and lead by example, and provide a learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees and guests
  • Actively participate in and share responsibility for the recruitment and hiring process, organize and track training progress, and ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality or a suitable combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Food and Beverage experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and POS experience
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a drive to succeed
